Nokia, par exemple, a lanc\u00e9, en 2015, un smartphone \u00e0 29 dollars. Dans beaucoup de pays africains, l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es sans abonnement peut \u00eatre achet\u00e9 en petits forfaits, parfois par plages de 10 cents.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude la plus fiable, men\u00e9e dans 11 pays en 2011 et 2012, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019un Sud-Africain sur trois, un K\u00e9nyan sur quatre et un peu moins d\u2019un \u00c9thiopien sur vingt utilisent Internet.
